2. App Usage Data

The app stores the following information locally on your device:

Playback progress and position for audio files
Playlist configurations and preferences
User preferences (playback speed, volume settings, text size, etc.)
Selected folder paths for media and ebooks
Ebook reading position and settings

This data is stored exclusively on your device using Android's SharedPreferences and is never transmitted externally.

3. Internet Access

DGUltimateAudio uses internet connectivity for the following purposes:

Podcast Search: When you search for podcasts, the app connects to Apple Podcasts API to retrieve podcast information and episode listings
Podcast Downloads: If you choose to download podcast episodes, the app downloads audio files directly to your device

We do not collect or store your search queries or podcast subscription data on external servers.

4. Phone State Permission

On Android devices (API level 32 and below), the app may request permission to detect incoming phone calls. This permission is used solely to:

Automatically pause audio playback when a call is received
Resume playback when the call ends

We do not access, collect, or transmit any phone numbers, call logs, or other phone-related data.
